I've had a very positive experience with this firm. Madison has handles my taxes which are not the most straight forward thus creating a challenge every year, but he pursues continuing education to know the most current regulations to best service me. He has kept me out of the IRS's cross hairs while finding creative ways to reduce the taxes I owe. We have farm, rental, 1099, w2 and business ownership income to handle and each year he proves time and time again why he's the expert and why he has my full trust.

This business is very unprofessional. I had one question to ask, and he picked up the phone and immediately asked if I was a client. I was calling to establish business, and he was so hateful he rudely said I'm not taking any new clients and just hung up the phone. How disrespectful! So not only did he lose me as a potential client but most of my friends who have business there will be finding a new accountant. I would never recommend David Shivley as an accountant! Poor business morale. Save yourself some time and find someone better.

Dave IS, and HAS the best people in his office to work with. they are extremely helpful, nice, just all around good people. Dave and his team are also very prompt at getting your taxes complete! I will keep my business with this place as long as they are there!
