Fantastic company, would 100% use again. They were prompt and did great quality work even going above and beyond to help identify and solve some weak points in my system in addition to fixing the problem at hand. Their prices were competitive and the level of service you get is phenomenal. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will absolutely be recommending them in the future.

My heat pump was blowing hot air instead of cold air. It was on a hot Saturday, Thankfully Joe answered the phone. I told him what was going on and to my amazement he left what he was doing to come and look at it. He made some repairs to my very old unit and got it working. He checked back with me in two hour to see what the temperature was and to see how fast it was cooling. He suggested I make an appointment for a coil cleaning which I did. Joe and his sons did an awesome job. I will call him when something else happens. I highly recommend him and his sons, they were friendly, professional, explained everything so I could understand it, fast, on time and very reasonable! Thank you Joe and sons!

Our air conditioner started making a horrible noise last night. I called this morning and they came out and fixed it a few hours later. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them!!

Our AC unit went out last night 8-20-23, at midnight. Both husband and myself are disabled. Called Integrity, Zack, and he was here within 15 minutes. Saw that blades and motor were loose and in need of replacement. He went back to his shop to get us an air conditioning unit to keep us cool thru the night and till when he could get back next day to fix.he showed up next day 8-21-23 and fixed unit. Thank you again to Integrity Heating and Cooling, Highly recommend
