        If I could add more stars I definitely would!!!! Tiffany is a blessing from above! I have been trying so hard to get a unit but unfortunately I was a victim to theft and was waiting for my bank to figure it out. Tiffany was beyond amazing AND understanding! I went in today FINALLY to get a unit and i was able to get one!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TIFFANY FOR YOU JUST BEING YOU!!!!!! You are truly amazing and your customer service skills are the best I have ever seen! Thank you thank you thank you! Go see Tiffany at life storage if you need ANY kind of help with storing your stuff!!!!!

        I love my units at life storage. Ive been here for a few months. I had two units originally. One climate control and one on not. The facility is great. However, my only complaint would be the air. I paid for a climate control unit, and still had four incidents. Where I was in my unit with no air. The manager was not there. However, Tiffany was amazing and showed concern every time I called the office. She has great customer service and took initiative to try and resolve the problem. Also, relaying the situation to her manager. Ask for Tiffany when you visit!
