        Dr. McDermott has been phenomenal from the first day I met him years ago. He immediately put me at ease with his calm and kind demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. McDermott took the time to put me at ease by answering my many, many, many questions. He was present and compassionate. He communicated clearly and effectively and I never felt rushed. He and his staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free with their superb service. I went there today to pick up my retainers. I had not been there in a couple of years. It was such a pleasure to see he has remained that kind person I initially met. I highly recommend Dr. McDermott for Orthodontic services.
