Topos Surveying was fantastic. They were on time, and very professional. They explained everything to me and walked me around for the property lines. Vinny was the surveyor and he was exceptional.

Highly Recommend!!! They were surveying my neighbor and I asked if they had time to do mine. Karl spent the good part of 2 days staking and measuring. He was very polite and thorough. My finished survey has outstanding detail and information about my entire property. The good news was my inherited fence is on the correct line and my house square footage is probably greater than county records. Topos' accuracy and detail is worth every penny. When I decide to sell, this survey will prevent hidden surprises.

We've probably used Phillip and the crew at Topos over 10 times the last few years. We've had conflicting surveys from other companies, and Topos survey is always the correct version. While accuracy is probably the most important attribute of a surveyor, they win me over with their customer service. They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. I'm a thankful, lifer customer of Topos. Tim G.
