    My room was terrible tv didnt work and phone did not have any buttons expect the number buttons. The covers were full of burn holes. To top it off my shower was dirty and no one was available to clean it or the front desk could not supply me with cleaning supplies so I had to figure it out. After I took a shower the floor all the way to the door was a mini pool. When asked to moved to a different room the receptionist at front desk told me that wasnt possible.He said I had wait til the manager came in the morning but come to find out the manager did not work that day either.

    Condemned by the city last night and everyone forced out onto the streets. I don't suggest trying the other red roof property just down the road either I think it will be shut down next.

    Just got in from driving 13 hours from Texas to Missouri stop at this hotel on Feb 22nd/23rd 2024. My husband was laying on top of the covers I went to pull back the covers and saw a spider. We was there maybe a good to hours booked it thru Expedia and the hotel tells me to call them if I wanted a refund but Expedia but they told Expedia we stayed there for 5 hours. I told Expedia to check the conversations that I had with the first agent and it will show 2 hours at the most because I immediately called them once I got to a friend's house. Now they both are saying I will not get a refund. But can give me a free night stay. Who in there right mind would stay a second time after seeing a spider in the bed. Spiders webs was on the walls got pictures of that. It was two TV's in the room only one barely worked. I WOULDN'T recommend this place to the DEVIL HIMSELF Rooms: Horrible two TV's in the room but only one barely worked. The only good thing was the refrigerator.
