    Horrible experience. I had an appointment with Andy that I couldnt make because of an emergency. Me being an Officer, I had to tend to that emergency and write the report while on duty. I made contact with Andy and apologized. I called back on 02/08/24 to reschedule. I was greeted by a rude woman whom lacked customer service and had a down right distasteful tone of voice. Andy got on the phone and decided to tell me he has a personal rule not to work with people that miss appointments. I hope the boys in blue dont miss your phone call sir when you need us. I do not recommend these patriotic folks here. Money best invested elsewhere.

    Andy and his team have done several projects for us from large to small. The work is excellent and Andy and Terri are easy to work with. If you ask for something, Andy tries hard to make it work for you but he also is honest about the pros & cons of a job. He keeps your home clean and tidy and I have never once felt unfairly charged.

    GOOD WORK BUT DIDN'T GO SOME OF WORK HE ORIGINALLY QUOTED ME FOR THEN BILL WAS SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. HE DIDN'T DO ALL THE WORK BUT CHARGED ME MORE. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. BEWARE. Then why did you change order state you were no longer going to be staining the wood in order to do the lattice work. Plus your change order did not have a new price for the lattice work which leads one to believe the work you were stating you were not doing and the new work would be the same price. Where did my price break come in for you not completing the staining/painting of the fixed areas and the drains?

Excuse me. If you stood me up for your estimate how can I trust you to get paid. When you don't show up for the estimate you requested you wasted at least 1 hour of my time and gas. If you had a family emergency you should have called to cancel. Have a beautiful blessed day.

Dear Kimberlie, Have you forgotten that you signed off on the change order, which I have in writing? We had to change the order because your dogs busted through the screen porch we just installed, yes I charged you an extra $30.00 for that. The rest of the invoice reflects the changes we discussed (because of your dogs) we had to add lattice around the base. The extra $190.00 was the materials spent on the lattice. We went out of our way to make sure you wouldn't have a problem in the future and you reward us with a bad review. CONTRACTORS IF YOU ARE READING THIS...DON'T WALK, RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS CUSTOMER!
