Stems Florist & St. Louis Flower Delivery

Kim at Stems Florist is amazing. The arrangement that I sent to my coworker was so beautiful that she actually cried when she called me to thank me. Kim also went out of her way to deliver the arrangement to the hospital on her way home from work. Above and beyond for customer service and beautiful arrangements. I do all of my company's flower ordering from Stems.

Ordered flowers to be delivered locally. Left the design up to the florist, and it was the most beautiful, unique arrangement that I have seen, may be ever. Flowers were healthy and one could tell some thought had been put into this arrangement. I would use them again.

One star for Joe getting the flowers delivered on time and one for taking my order hassle free over the phone. Joe was very nice, however Im not sure how it was misunderstood I wanted the largest arrangement available but somehow ended up with the tier below that. Also, it looked nothing like the photo on-line! When I called and spoke with Kim the owner, she was only concerned that I got the tier I paid for. Not once did she apologize. I will take my business elsewhere next time. Lesson learned.

I got a gorgeous bouquet for my mother-in-laws birthday. Very easy to work with and friendly. I picked the flowers out and the arrangement was made in a timely manner. Beautiful!!
