This visit was exceptional in all ways. The receptionist greeted me promptly and with a smile. My hygienist greeted me by my name and when i was seated explained what procedures were planned. She described each procedure in advance to let me know what to expect. Each staff member was pleasant and welcoming. A great visit!

They are amazing. They take last minutes walk in appts and help you figure out what is the best care you can afford to get the perfect smile you need. Also, the Dr.Neetet was awesome and make you feel like you can gain your smile confidence again. I had came there today for the first time and the staff made me feel like family and I felt that i could put my trust in there hands. They help me on other levels thst doctors I have see. In past always gave me the run around and never fix the problem that I was having with my teeth. But, I would give them a 100 percent on they hospitality and that they truly care about the patients.

Horrible service and dental practices. I initially went in for an implant consultation for an extracted tooth but was advised I'll need a crown instead. They created a dental plan for all work they stated they discovered after they did what seemed to be extensive exams using more than one X-ray machine, the dentist did a visual, and hands-on exam. I was very clear about my concerns of having dental pain for procedures, and the importance of having comfort measures to prevent that from happening before continuing with the dental plan. The dentist assured me he would and stated everything would be fine. That was far from the truth. When I felt pain and discomfort throughout my follow up appointments, I notified the dentist and he responded with agitation and became very defensive. He was very dismissive to feedback, and ultimately refused to address the issues he was causing and abandoned my dental care. My worst nightmare came true. I left in so much pain and to this day still have issues with this bridge. Aspen Dental advertises money-back guarantee but has not issued a refund for this issue, and the dentist refused to even explore all avenues of rectifying the situation. When you file a complaint with the company, it goes nowhere. I had to do all the calling and following up with no resolution. Then was later told that the company was not under Aspen Dental, though that's the name on the building and on my statements, but under the dentist's LLC. Still nothing was done from either party concerning these issues. Yet, they gladly collected the insurance money and my out-of-pocket payments, and totally wash their hands of you. This dentist and the way their business operates, lacks accountability, professionalism, and integrity. Don't be fooled by their initial practices to get you in the door.
