    If I could give zero stars I would. I stayed in these properties for two years and everything that could go wrong did! Loud neighbors and the leading staff of extremely rude, unprofessional and acts passive aggressive. While staying in these apartments there was a leak in my bathroom ceiling and it caused part of my ceiling to fall in leaving me to take cold showers in the middle of winter. It took them almost two weeks to fix this issue! Next my apartment flooded and I had to call the office everyday for almost two months straight just to get someone to respond to my renters insurance so I could get reimbursed for my damages. Not to mention when they replaced my water heater it took them a week to get a new one in my apartment and they told me I had to shower at the demo apartment! Listen I know the rent is cheaper compared to other places in STL but it was the WORST renting experience Ive ever had. I wouldnt recommend this property to my WORST enemy. 0/5 stars
