    The most RAGGEDY apts I have lived in. (and I lived in Jennings for 4 years)... Vehicles broken into/ damage. Mold behind walls; under cabinets, in dishwasher; smelling other units food, smoke & animals; hearing animals through the vents early in the am. The constant beeping of School Buses on the nearby lot. Loitering on the lot. A 'marked' vehicle that indicates which lot of vehicles to break into. Trash everywhere. The 1 star is that I signed a short lease & even though a 2bd/2bth is $1237/month, I was able to save to purchase a home in another state!

    When I first moved here in 2023, I was just grateful to have a place to call home. After maybe 2 weeks of living here I started to receive phone calls from the leasing management team regarding noise, disturbance, etc coming from my unit. The neighbor who lived under me had already contacted them complaining about noise so I took the initiative to speak with her face-to-face like an adult. She had such poor character and was so rude but I literally kept calm she made a comment saying I told management I didnt want to call the police Mind you I only lived in the unit for maybe 2 weeks. By the end of the conversation she gave me a hug and stated she would invite me down in the future. The very next day she called law enforcement and continuously called them for the first 3 months of me living here. Mind you it was only my child and I. He literally got enrolled in school. As soon as he would get there she will literally bang on top of ceiling literally making my life a living hell. The property manager Pam was very nonchalant about the situation and could honestly careless she just kept informing me that my lease could be terminated due to the situation. I wouldnt ever recommend this apartment community to anyone!!!!!!

    Greenway Chase used to be community with caring residents and administration. The people in the office are non responsive to questions or concerns. If you come to them with a concern, it seems as though they take it offensively. You can call the office all day sometimes and no one will answer the phone. The maintenance and grounds workers do not put forth a lot of effort into their work or finishing the work in a timely manner. The grounds worker never gets off the golf cart and pick up trash in the parking lot, breeze ways or walkway. Service requests are marked complete before the work is complete. People are allowed to dump abandoned cars in the parking lot and the office does nothing. Communication is key and when you work for the community, you need to do a better job of communicating with your residents. In the past, the office workers and maintenance workers seemed to care about this community. That is not true with the current administration.
