DOBBS TIRE AND AUTO

Some of the best service I've had In years. I called as I was coming into town with a leaking valve stem on a trailer tire. The guy on the phone said bring it in we'll get right after it. They got super busy in the 15 minutes it took me to get there. The regional manager, Dave, got on his knees in the rain and swapped both valve stems in less than 15 minutes. I didn't know it but the tires had the wrong stems for the higher pressure tires on the trailer. I'm blown away by the wonderful service. When the Boss works that hard it shows in the employees. Fail my car because of worn tires.. took to next closest shop and based w/o issue. Scam and they wont even show u the problem, just tell u a lie to get ur money

These guys in festus are the worst I have ever seen. If they don't feel like helping you they just blow you off. Went back for a re- inspection and was told to leave the car they might get to it tomorrow because they were to busy and to re- inspect the car would have to be brought back in and put on lift to inspect. Had a small chip in windshield and was told that failed and he had a buddy with a glass place down the street that could fix it... fishy?... yes. Avoid this place at all cost
