As a first time homebuyer, I was a little nervous about the whole process of buying a home. Miss Miloscia made me extremely comfortable and was able to offer great insights on areas I was looking at and found many homes to show that hadn't even appeared on my own searches. She was extremely prompt in scheduling showings and getting documents over to me to review, and worked around my work schedule to show me properties in the evening and on weekends. Her passion for her clients is very obvious and she really cares about finding the best home for her clients. She is not afraid to express concerns about a home that, as a buyer you may not notice, so it was very nice to have someone with experience to guide me through the process. Once I had an offer accepted, Olivia was very helpful in guiding me through the process and telling me about what to expect before each step began. If you are looking to buy or sell a home.
