This bank is a joke, they are able to close your accounts for no reason, on a holiday weekend. When asked for a reason, was just told they dont have to have a reason . We were loyal customers for years and was treated like trash.

I always receive excellent service at the Festus branch. Shelby Sims has been awesome to work with, she is eager to help and is an asset to FSCB. I closed an account due to the convenience of another bank in town (hours work with mine) and when I arrived at the other bank they gave me a hard time and I had the exact documents that were required for this particular kind of account. I left there and called Shelby and it was NO PROBLEM at all. She got everything set up with the same papers the other bank said weren't sufficient. She goes the extra mile and its greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

I have been dealing with this bank for several years now and have always received top notch service and quality banking and lending products. I really appreciate having such a good place to bank and like their people first attitude about their business.
