Called to Book a load with them, ROB extension 1155 answered we went over the load details and he offered me $1700, talked to my driver and called ROB back asked if he is willing to do $2000 on the load, he went off on me about how the holidays are over how he's not going to take a loss, and he hangs up the phone on me, I call back to try to speak to someone else he continued to hang up the phone, once he answered I asked to talk to his manager he said I will have him call you back and hangs up the phone again, this is very unprofessional behavior, this guy is in a bad mood and taking it out on others, he should not be working with people when he has no customer service skills!

Dusty or muddy but friendly and as fast as the drivers are probably faster but can only unload as your trl allows

I am book a load with them and when I went to the PU place in Florida they had canceled the load without notifying me and when I called the broker he was so rude with my dispatcher .No answer a phone call .It is a good trap not to pay truck in no use .Someone did the job wrong and wasn`t me. Maybe they gave the load to another carrier more cheap . Anyways he is rude , disrespectful,unprofessional . This person is a shame.
