Grimes Tax

We gave them our taxes about a month ago and they still have not finished them they dont return phone calls please dont use them go any where else. An today is the due date for taxes.

My mom gave them her taxes for last year before they were due. They do not respond to phone calls, emails, open their doors to the business, nothing! She still hasnt heard anything from them. Don't use them as we are coming up to a new year of taxes, as they still have last years!

I am giving this company a one. If I could give them a ZERO OR EVEN A NEGATIVE, I would!! They have had almost 2 months to complete our tax return 2 MONTHS (dropped off 2/13)...finally giving it to us today (4/11), 4 days until the taxes are due for the year. It was always "We are so swamped..." Well why was our return not completed before you were swamped? I guess they were taking other people in and getting theirs completed and ours just sat? Ours should have been completed way before now. RIDICULOUS way to conduct business, then to be charged as much as we were...even more RIDICULOUS. We will NEVER, EVER, EVER return and hope you DO NOT GIVE THEM THE BUSINESS after this experience has been shared with you. Avoid them please.

This tax place is very friendly and professional. I was treated with the upmost respect and dignity even though my taxes were simple and uncomplicated. I will continue to use them for my taxes in the future.
