From start to finish, Josh was so helpful. There were other companies that gave us similar bids, but Josh answered all of our questions (and there were A LOT), explained the terminology, and educated us on what was best for our home, regardless of whether we chose to go through Guardian, and that was all the difference in the world. He steered us away from unnecessary spending, and delivered a top notch finished product. He was at our home the entire day of install, even sent us pictures of the before and after. This kind of integrity and work ethic are hard to find. Plus, our roof and gutters are BEAUTIFUL!!

If you are looking for a roofer I would highly recommend Guardian Roofing. The owner Josh is wonderful and made the whole process very simple. He started with a complimentary estimate, then he came out and inspected the roof with the insurance adjuster. Josh pointed out every little thing which he believed needed to be replaced. Our claimed approved very quickly and after a week the new roof was up. (We got denied twice previously) He was here the entire time while the roof was installed just to make sure everything goes smoothly. He sent us pictures several times so we could see the process. He also suggested to us to go up on the roof if we wanted. Well, we decided to get the pictures. He worked with the insurance company to provide all of the paperwork. We did not had to do a thing. Our roof turned out amazing. Josh is super friendly and most importantly honest. He will not try to sell you anything you dont need. His company uses the latest roofing materials. My home was built in 1967 and I only purchased it 2 years ago. My home inspector missed a number of important items. After incurring some storm damage I invited a couple of roofing companies to quote the repair. Guardian was much more thorough in its inspection and consequently we submitted their quote to the insurance company who covered an additional $7,000 in amended repairs. The first contractor missed quite a number of items and simply low-balled the quote. Guardian was at all times honest, fair, responsive, and on time with superior quality products, warranties, and timeliness. Service was outstanding.
