Dr. Gosser is truly amazing, compassionate, so knowledgeable and gentle. I started seeing him after struggling with infertility for a year. Upon the first visit he suspected a mthfr mutation, which was confirmed through a blood test. He immediately started treating it with a specialized compounded B complex with baby aspirin. During that same first appointment he suspected I may have endometriosis due to symptoms that had been dismissed by my previous provider for 10+ years. He takes time to explain all options and treatments and allows you to make the decision to try less invasive options first. After a year of treating my infertility with multiple interventions I decided I was ready for the next step. Dr. Gossers office staff and nurses are so kind and got me scheduled right away for my endo lap. Yesterday was surgery day and I am again so grateful to have found this office!! Highly recommend

I had a miscarriage about 6 months ago and Dr. Gosser still hasnt gotten back to me about the results of my D&C. I have called many times but he claims they dont have the results back- untrue. I called the hospital and they told me there wasnt enough tissue sent to even test so Ill never know what happened. On top of that if you do need to speak with him or a nurse or are waiting test results it will be days or weeks even before you hear back. Also the nurse who called me about my blood work gave me false information on my results. There is no organization to this office. Also during the appointment in which I found out I had a miscarriage I had my 1 year old with me- I was a crying mess and they knew I lived over an hour away but never offered to call anyone to come pick me up or ask if I was okay to make it home- I sat in the parking lot for 3 hours. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I struggle when meeting new people - going to a new doctor can be even more intense. Dr. Gosser's office is all kind, warm and caring people. I have only been in office twice so far, but I have had LONG conversations with his nurse and brief but informative calls with his receptionist. I have autoimmune conditions and a gene mutation that all contribute to a higher probability of miscarriage, but he and his team have given me hope! I will gladly drive the almost one hour drive to receive his excellent, patient, and thorough care.

If it werent for Dr. Gosser I know I wouldnt have had my VBAC. He was very informative. And let me go into labor naturally even though it took 41+5. My induction date was scheduled for one day after I went into labor. Im so thankful for him and my beautiful healthy baby girl turns one in just two weeks. I had the birth I had always dreamed of. Highly recommend this doctor, and his staff. They are warm and welcoming. They always seem to remember me and theyre very polite.
