100% Customer Service. Was having difficulty getting our gas fire place pilot lit, and I requested a service call (Just wanted to get it working for the upcoming holiday and incoming visiting family). Rob has never met me but literally takes time out of his day to facetime me and walk me through a couple of mechanical issues and gets our fire up and running.... And Kindly wished me a Merry Christmas, and said he was glad to save me a service call. WHAT?? In today's age, that kindness and professionalism is rarely found. I don't take time to write reviews, but felt compelled to publicly thank Rob and would highly recommend. I will be calling him the next time we are ready for a service call that will require onsite maintenance.

Very friendly explained what he was going to do and did an inspection of my fireplace tested it before finishing up and was neat and clean

Owner did show up, spent about 5 minutes inspecting chimney. Did not clean anything. Charged $129 to tell me chimney would need a new flue and damper, said he would get back to me with an estimate. I messaged him three times in two weeks, no response. Unreliable.

Rob did our chimney sweep and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He taught us how to know when the next chimney sweep is needed by counting logs burned. He also gave us important information about fire safety and making plans in case of a fire. He also cleaned up well after he performed the sweep. We highly recommend Robert and Chimneys Unlimited to perform your chimney sweep. They also were very affordable in comparison to other companies.
