        I scheduled my annual wellness visit with Diane Block which is 100% covered by my insurance, but I was charged $96 for the wellness visit. When I called to inquire about the billing Diane Block informed me that I asked too many questions during my visit. Isn’t that what your supposed to do during a wellness visit?
