        They completely wasted my time. Way over priced and had to call and text for 3 days before I had an estimate. It was double the normal rate and when I called and texted to complain about it they never replied. Been working in construction for 30 years and this was one of my worst experience

He is so efficient, understanding and funny. Martin explains why you need to have work done and keeps the costs as low as possible. Its a joy calling Mr. Electric and requesting for Martin. He will treat you like family and I guarantee you will be satisfied!!

      Mr. Woods, thank you for notifying us of your experience. We take complaints seriously as we seek to provide service to all in a timely manner. Please note that our primary focus is residential repairs and upgrades. With regard to the quote; we emailed over the estimate about two hours after visiting the jobsite on 2/26, however it seems we sent the quote to an inaccurate email address -- our mistake. You texted our customer service team after hours on the evening of 2/27, expressing you'd not yet received the quote from the 2/26 site visit. Our customer service manager resent the quote to your correct email address upon arriving to the office the next morning, 2/28. Upon receipt of the quote the morning of 2/28, you reported our pricing was higher than you expected for the scope of work. We do apologize that our pricing did not meet your desires, and that we could not provide you service for your new construction project.
