My 89 yr old Mother told the new dentist that she needed to use the restroom for maybe 2 minutes, new dentist told her to take her time as she was going to move onto the next patient who would be quick because she was young. We will find a new dentist who appreciates & has patience with older people.

I don't know what has happened to this office in the last year but it is bad. They cancelled my last cleaning and exam because they were short a hygienist. I told them I had a bad tooth and was told we will put you on the call list. NO call. I called on 3/28/24 to let them know I have an abscess and was told Dr. Paige was fully booked and could not see me for an emergency. I had to go to an urgent dental care and pay cash. I had an appointment for an exam today at 3:00 to see Dr. Paige for a referral for a root canal and waited and waited and waited. I was told she was doing a procedure on another patient and couldn't see me. How can you not see me for an emergency but then you give my appointment away to another patient. I don't know if management recently changed but it is BAD. No explanation at all. Staff is mute when I was questioned how somebody else got my appointment. Something is definitely going on with this office. My husband's cleaning was cancelled 3 times. He refuses to go back.
