I contacted Chimneys Unlimited regarding cleaning of my direct vent gas fireplace. Ray called and after he shared his 37 years of experience, his phone questions and I felt confident with his knowledge and explanation that I followed his recommendation that the service was not necessary at this time. He was willing to make the service call but thought he would just be taking my money, which I appreciated.

Robert is a stand up guy who went above and beyond on my project. Showed up on time and completed the job efficiently at a fair price. Highly Recommend.

Owner did show up, spent about 5 minutes inspecting chimney. Did not clean anything. Charged $129 to tell me chimney would need a new flue and damper, said he would get back to me with an estimate. I messaged him three times in two weeks, no response. Unreliable.
