Mr Rathert is a great attorney. Always gives the best advice. Idk what that other person was talking about or if she understands what a GAL, guardian ad liter, is and the responsibilities thereof. If her teenager is in rehab, clearly she needed help she wasn't getting at home and hopefully she'll recover and live a prosperous life. Mr Rathert has always treated us with respect.

Joe was appointed GAL for my daughter and failed her tremendously. He refused to return my e-mails or phone calls with huge concerns of her living situation, health, and mental state. My daughter (she's 15) is now in a 60 day drug treatment in Rolla, if Joe would not have been careless and negligent, returned my e-mails and phone calls we would not be in this situation. I have e-mails pretty much begging him to contact me. I am posting this review because he has absolutely no business being respected as a Judge when he cannot fulfill his obligation as a GAL in representation in the "best interest of a child". Joe is the last person that needs to be making decisions that will impact peoples lives and this is from experience, as I stated under his Guardianship my daughter is now in a drug treatment.
