Dustin and Andrew quickly discovered serious problems that had been caused by the business we had previously been using. Their recommendations saved us north of $800 and possibly much more, because the piping the installers used was too small, which could have caused compressor failure. The HVAC industry is getting ensh*ttified by large guys gobbling the smaller ones. I recommend choosing a small company like this one.

Dustin was my service representative, and I can't emphasize enough about how great he was both professionally and personally.
