The doctor just didn't want to drain an abscess and she swore it was a spider bite. I told her it wasnt, she still gave me a tetanus shot for a spider bite. She was unprofessional and didnt listen to me at all. I got charged 600 dollars for them to not fix the problem. I went to total access urgent care in festus a week later, they drained it immediately and said they would have never diagnosed as spiderbite.

Currently in their parking lot vomiting. Had an appointment but I was checked in and told to go to my car & wait with a buzzer. The staff seems nice. When asked about the relevance of an appointment I was told the appointment simply guarantees you a spot, but if someone else walks in before you they get priority anyway. Absolutely dumb. The parking lot is so small there are people parking along the side of the lot & even blocking the dumpster. So far this place gets 1 star. Ill change it if my visit gets better.
Update : visit never got any better. I was delivered subpar care at a wildly expensive rate & sent home with no explanation about my illness. I was prescribed an anti nausea medication and sent on my way.

Took my daughter in to be seen because I believe she has strep throat. Checked in and sat for a minute. A nurse poked her head out which they usually yell the name of the child. Nurse was just staring at me and I asked if she needed to see Saylor, which she replied No. I just need to talk to you about her. She asked if I would come back to a room so I did. In the room, she just went to the computer and said I need to take her to the ER without even checking on her. She said your here because I think shes dehydrated, I said no Im here because shes sick. She had a ridiculous attitude and said well what I read is she has only had a wet diaper for the last 2 days which was incorrect and I explained this. She rolled her eyes still insisted for me to go to the ER and said we wont see her theres nothing we can do here for her. This lady was ridiculous, poor attitude, refused to do her job, and did not even care to even check on my daughter. She was more concerned with going home and treating others poorly.
