If you need urgent care, they are great. Of you need them as a PCP, they are even better. I trust them with my children's health 100%. They are straightforward, very thorough, and they are very compassionate. I recommend them, as they are amazing.

Scheduled a physical for the Forest Service. They knew before they accepted payment it was for the Forest Service. Lady takes 15 minutes to realize im at the front desk. Doctor complains its a "specialized physical" and "they usually charge more" Well they knew it was with the Forest Service before they accepted payment from a FS supervisor over the phone! She did my physical anyway. Okay whatever. That was the first week of February. I also asked them and gave them paperwork to submit my physical information to the Forest Service. I told them, verbatim, "time was of the essence" and the sooner the better that info was submitted. Today, on the 22nd, i get a call from my boss saying he hasnt recieved my information, and i start my job March 4th. My job requires me to get a physical. My job is now ON THE LINE and i could have lost it! Im two states away at this point. Im thankful they input my information the same day I called, regardless of the fact the nurse responsible for that duty left early today. But still. I shouldn't have had to call, i was promised it would be submitted that same day. I shouldn't have to go through stress for 3 hours because of this. I deal with enough stress fighting fires. Nurse on the phone says, "We've never done this before" what do you mean? Youve never done a physical before? Or have you never submitted physical information to an employer? Because people dont get physicals for just no reason. Terrible office.
