After our furnace went out and we were unable to get someone out in a timely manner here, or able to diagnose it (and our temperatures were in the -double digits!) I called Erick who used to live locally and had since moved. After listening to me explain what it was doing, he not only quicky was able to diagnose the problem, but walked my husband through fixing it where it was up and running within a short time! A new part is on order but in the mean time our house is warm and the furnace is running like nothing ever happened. To to be able to do this type of service call while driving down the road, and so easily and clearly walk someone through it shows everything about the knowledge that Erick has, and the type of customer service he shows, even 1500 miles apart! 5 stars is not enough... Missouri you are lucky! Thank you, Erick!

Erick came out to our house to inspect our system and to diagnose our issue. He was quick about getting down to a solution and even provided us with portable electric heaters just in case our system went back down since we had to order a part. No other company has provided electric heaters while we waiting for a part to arrive which we appreciated!

Our heater stoped working and we called the number on the side of the van I saw at Menards. A gentleman named Erick came out in that same truck and said it needed a new ignitor which he had on the truck. Great working with them and will call back for future work.
