The rooms are comfortable and quiet. They always do their best to upgrade rooms for me, being that Im a diamond elite member.

Been a devoted IHG member and have had great confidence that Holiday Inn is one of the best, guaranteed! But this one.... Disappointed with the condition (poor) and cost (high) of this particular hotel. The room was dirty and damaged. Couldn't use clothes rack because it was coming out of the wall. The soap dispenser was broken and you couldn't use it to bathe. The walls and floors were scuffed and soiled. We did relay our concerns and they thanked me for the feedback. Due to our circumstances, it was too late to drive any further and it was the only room available they had. The front desk employee's were kind and friendly. Continental breakfast was great. Have never had a bad stay at a Holiday Inn up until now. Made sure they were aware for future references.

Do not stay here. Horrible woman at the front desk, thin walls and especially thin floors. Dated and needs a serious update. Worn out carpet, surfaces and bathrooms. Not a good experience, I think that management needs training on how to treat their guests, especially IHG members. So rude. How did I know she would respond! And again rude and defensive. Don't worry, I will not be back.

Didn't get to check out the pool but maybe next time. Only thing is no microwave in rooms. Rooms: Only thing missing in the rooms is a microwave.
