        My first visit just 2 weeks ago was great loved the dr and the staff was great! Then when my glasses came in I went back to get them. As I stood at the counter the technician brought my glasses to me and placed down a sheet of large and small print for me to read. Im doing all of this while still standing at the counter. Normally you would be escorted to a desk so they can adjust the glasses if needed. Very unprofessional. I asked for my full prescription and was met with sarcasm also. Im so disappointed with clarkson first time and last time for me.

        I have went here for two years now. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, everyone is welcoming and helpful,the building is very clean. I had plenty of frames to choose from at a very fair price.
