        They refused to help with transactions I didnt make. And explained that I didnt have my card and I didnt know where it was and they blamed it on me when my card was supposed to be locked. And got kicked out from them not helping at all. And they have taken money I never authorized for them to take over the few years I been there they need to either be shut down or get different people who know how to do their jobs.

        I am locked out of my account monthly. And to find out alot of people are having to do the same. I am tired I can't get into my account. I am looking into a different bank. One that I know if I need to move money around I can. They need to fix thier stuff.
