App doesnt work. Website doesnt work. Called the storw. They said call corporate, I won't be hungry by then. Sorry, someone else will take my money now, not tell me uhhhhh I don't know. Ordered online, they forgot stuff 3 times. Ordered the cheese and herb bread, last 2 times mine didn't have any herb on it and barely any cheese. For the price, a little consistency would be nice.

This place is ok depending on who is working. Went recently and was it was very unprofessional! And I couldn't eat my sandwich with all the sause they put on it.

The evening crew does not prepare call on orders when received. I had two call on orders, arrived at the store but only one was ready (well they did forget the chips in the order), but instead of completing the call in order he made sandwiches for 4 people the walk into the store and put my call in order on hold. I am sorry, but my order was placed before any of the walk in customers were even in the store so to put me on hold was just disrespectful, rude and not how any customer should be treated. Orders for sandwiches should be finished in order of when placed. I truly did not accept being told that a call in order was not as important as a walk in that places an order after mine. My order was just as important as any order the store had, no excuse for treating a call in order as second class order. Yes I am still upset about this issue.
