        This is the worst bank I have ever been to. I got such terrible customer service I am closing my account with Bank Midwest. I would give 0 stars if I could.

        Banked here for around 20yrs. Had them put hold on my check due to lack of funds due to having a injury at work and being off for months. Kinda need my money for bills but nope gotta wait on them... Definitely closing my account in the next few days, after they decide when I can have my money. Very rude teller that worked the window really wouldn't tell me what was going on. Very unprofessional and rude.
