I was recommended to Shelter through an ex-coworker. Clint was helpful and friendly until I needed to cancel my policies. I had auto and renters through Shelter and moved out of Missouri, therefore needed to cancel. When I reached out to Clint about editing my renters he told me he didn't have access to my policy "for some reason" (???) and I would need to contact Progressive directly. When I called Progressive they initially told me my agent would have to edit the policy, but I explained what Clint had said and they were shocked that he told me he couldn't edit my policy. Thankfully the representative I talked to was amazing and got his supervisor to help me from their end. Would not recommend.
