Answer the phone the first time I called they were able to price tires immediately got me in the same day I know it can't always work like that but they were friendly prompt and the service was good I was happy with the price I paid

Yes I've given tele tires three different chances to correct their mistake at three different locations the Fenton one the one on Lindbergh and the one out in Eureka yesterday 3/18/2024 they've overcharged me $2,550 the first time in Fenton when I took it back to my mechanic he said there was nothing wrong with it and they still didn't get the tires right then when I took it out yesterday to Eureka they lied to me again and said well you need an alignment every year which is a lie when I talk to my mechanic they said well if you're driving down the highway and you take your hands off the steering wheel and it doesn't move from one side to the other it's aligned and there's nothing wrong with it it's the tires that are shaking it needs weights on them which is called balanced and they do not how know how to balance them or will not do it one or the other worst experience I've ever had I wouldn't suggest going to any one of them they're all liars these and trying to make an extra Buck on innocent people who do not know well thank God I look called my mechanic that I trust and it is a good one jumpers mechanic and Fenton very honest people and good mechanics
