In April I called to make appointments for my three children. I was told it would take months to get in, but I was OK with that. My youngest was seen on August 11. My other two were scheduled to be seen on August 17th. We showed up at the appointment only to be told that Dr. Urban was away for a family emergency. We were rescheduled for September 13th. On September 12th, we received a call that our appointments had to be rescheduled because Dr. Urban is out on family emergency. I asked about it since this is the second time that excuse was given, and the receptionist said that Dr. Urban had not returned from her family emergency a month ago. She told me that the next available appointment is in November. I asked her to schedule us with a different doctor sooner in Mercy system within ten miles, but she had no suggestions and was unable to offer me an appointment in their system. I don't understand why as I have not been rude or impatient to my knowledge. As a small business owner, I have learned something about customer service, and this is not it!
