Came and gave me an estimate. I ultimately decided to go with Steve and texted and called to let him know. He said it would be a 2-3 week delay before he could start job. After 4 weeks of nothing I called and he answered his phone and said that he would start in 1 week. 2 weeks later called again and he then said that it was a good time and would start no later than Friday of the following week. Friday came and went. I asked him several times to level with me if he couldn't do the job. Wasted months on this guy only to start the process of finding someone to do the work all over again. Probably a blessing based on his subpar customer service skills, or lack thereof.

Steve the owner would not return phone calls, emails, or send invoice for 1/2 of the job he completed. Feel Our deposit for the job was more than the 1/2 day and materials he provided. If he happens to answer the phone when I call he acts surprised that I haven't received any information, promises to send statement but never never follows through. SOOO Frustrating and such poor customer service..

Owner failed to communicate. Owner underestimated time on job with no apologies. Owner failed to supervise his workers causing more work to be done for which he wanted me to pay

Lies about how much he will pay you then pays other workers more while paying the female workers less. Unresponsive and unreliable
