Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. Got the order an it tasted great, except there was no cheese and some creamy white sauce. Well I feel like I was food poisoned, got up in the middle of the night constantly sick. Still little bad today, but I think it has passed thru. I choose not to go back to this place, as this was my first time ever. The sandwich was totally different than the one on the menu. I probably should of looked at it instead of just eating it. The guy at the drive thru was really nice. Thanks, but no thanks!

We ordered 2 meals - nugget dinner and chicken sandwich combo. My son gave a thumbs up on the sandwich. All the rest was a thumbs down. Food was cold and the nuggets tasted of old oil. The mac and cheese (pictured) was a puck that came out of the cup in one piece. Lots of cheese nuked on top. Even the biscuits we added on were dry and dense. This is not the Popeye food of my childhood. Plus the side portions are very small. On a side note, the order was given to us correctly, napkins & sauces were added too. Drive thru was fast and employees were nice. Sadly, I won't be back because of the food. Especially when there's a fast food place down the street that serves better, hot food.

Very slow. Seems to have plenty of people working but everyone is running around and not really getting anything done. The soda fountain was down but they did not tell people when they ordered. They substituted a warm can of soda without warning but still charged full price. By the time they brought my food they were out of other items, again without warning or notice. It's great to have a new fast restaurant in town that doesn't care about service.

I get it's a newly opened establishment, but the training doesn't seem to be improving. I do love the strawberry biscuits, but haven't been sold on the other items. I am not a soda drinker, so I was ordering sweet tea, every time it's week and they say that's how it is. The other thing that bothers me is they never seem to put napkins and utensils in with the order, especially since the fish and chicken sandwiches are sloppy to eat.

This location knows how to make the sandwich the way it was intended! Ellisville could never. The woman manning the window was super sweet and I waited maybe 3 minutes for my food, which was hot and fresh at almost 9pm. Will absolutely be back
