    Met Dr. Pullman for the first time today for a well patient annual exam. My previous physician retired so I was in the market for a new general practitioner. Dr. Pullam reviewed my medical history with me very thoroughly. He ordered a blood test just to make sure my thyroid was in good shape due to a previous slightly abnormal result at another facility as well as my moms history of Graves Disease. He made sure to answer all my questions. Seems like he will be a great doctor going forward! Staff was nice too and I was told scheduling sick visits shouldnt be much of an issue.

    It is a shame to have to leave this review because Dr. Pullam is excellent. However, this office does not see sick patients. Unfortunately, I tend to want to see a doctor when I am sick. I was offered to go to Urgent Care for $100 co pay (vs $15) or I can wait until the next day (I messaged them at 10 PM the night before so I could get a script or be seen. I was then told I would drive to their office, sit in the parking lot and do a video conference. I can do that from my home. Especially since I feel horrible. What a sad state we are in when healthcare providers do not see SICK patients. Oh well, guess I will pay $100 for a sinus infection and find a new doctor.

    Review is strictly related to office staff. I saw Dr. Pullam for well visit. When I received bill for copay for sick visit I called and spoke w billing and also manager, was told to pay the bill and next time I come in they won't charge a copay. They have now sent bill to collections

I think the best part about being a physician is just developing that rapport with patients, so getting to see the same patients at least once a year, sometimes more. You really develop a bond with them, and I've already had the luxury of working with patients for several years now and gotten to know them more personally and that is very rewarding.
