Miserable onboarding process introduced after October 2022. I rented a unit in October, no problem. Needed a second unit last week. Disaster. The lease signing is a nightmare, and the company rented me the same unit I've been renting since October. They want me to pay double for the exact same space. On top of the apparent fraud, they're rude.

An issue occurred where someone fraudulently canceled my storage rental, Alyssa and Gina worked together to make sure that my belongings were safe and restored my agreement! They were both extremely professional and kind!

We are moving over 600 miles for the rest of our retirement and couldn't afford to move our entire home (4,200 sq ft) to storage in Michigan so we decided to rent a large unit here in Eureka to store about half of it. We saved a lot of money on the move ($8,000), the 4th street location and it's current manager Alyssa (?) has been a great experience. Gate opens smooth and quick. Unit was clean and the overhead doors opens effortlessly. Great experience so far!
