Initial sales contact was very good, but Rapids supplied us with 2 faulty hood/fan systems which they sourced through a sub, delaying the opening of our restaurant. We finally had to make our own modifications to get the system to work. The sub admitted the mistake and promised to reimburse us for a portion of the costs we incurred making the system useable. Although we initially received assurances that payment was coming "any day", to date, 5 months later, we have not received. Rapids and their sub both shirked their responsibility. We will not do business with this organization again. UPDATE: My issue was resolved and reimbursement was received.
