They arent understanding or willing to work with you. We moved a week before our second child. We had damage to our stuff which the movers took pictures but didnt say anything to help us. I was sent the damage form but it wasnt readable so I sent it to my husband to fix then when I sent it to them before the 10 days (the night before we needed to be to the hospital) I accidentally sent it to my husband. Pregnancy brain and a lot going on to get set up before the birth. I realize it on day 13 as I hadnt heard anything back. I explained the issue to Deborah the one in charge of claims and she was sorry but you failed to get it to us. She could clearly see the timestamp of trying to get it to them. I sent the pictures and everything to my husband meaning to go to them. Dont have an off day if you are using them as a moving company

This company moved us in November. The employees were nice, and nothing was damaged.
