        Forget getting a local person in St Louis office on the phone, just get sent to call center where English is not their first language. United Seating was much better, Numotion is awful, wish US didn't sell out. Anytime my son has an issue with his power wheelchair I dred it, just knowing what I have to go through to get it fixed.

        I cant wait to hear NuMotion apologize for any frustration they caused me, when they copy and paste it below. Please!! Do yourself a favor and get your equipment from any other provider!! I have been waiting over 4 months for my sons power wheelchair to be repaired. Always told they are waiting for insurance to approve, another easy answer. No person involved has yet to contact insurance to find the problem, if it was even ever submitted!! Been told it possibly wasnt. They should be ashamed

        I had some new parts installed on my wheelchair by Brad @ NuMotion at the St. Louis, MO location. Brad made the process super easy and fast. He even made sure I was comfortable using the wheelchair with the new parts before I left the office. Thanks Brad and NuMotion for making this process easy!

        Wow. Just saw the story on Channel 5 news about how they treated a woman whose 45k chair wouldnt work. Totally stopped returning her calls.
