        I’m having trouble with 2017 tax preparation. I received a letter from the irs. Not know what to do I contacted Patrick Roberts for help. They were very reluctant to help they did amend the tax return. I didn’t get any information on what I needed to do except wait and see what the next letter said. I received the next letter and was informed my account was now in collections. I called the irs to get information on what I needed to do and was informed their had been no communication to the irs except the amendment to the return
