        Their customer service is above anything we have had in a very very long time. Alec (I believe that's his name young gentleman with long hair) He was awesome, personable and very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed having a conversation with him. David the other worker was super knowledgeable as well. We will definitely be back and as long as they continue to keep the workers they have we will continue to be customers of theirs for years to come.

        I have been coming to this Lenscrafters location in West County Mall for a couple years now and I can't speak highly enough about the service I have received every time. Alec and Dalton are exceptional employees and are friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection of frames and the prices are even better. I will forever be a customer of this store and recommend everyone go there.
