ARC Home Inspections

I've hired several home inspectors in the last several years and this inspection was conducted the best of all. The price point was affordable for the work and effort performed. I was present the entire time the inspector was there and the attention he gave to detail was top notch. He even took the time to explain features/functions of my home related to the HVAC system. This was never done by past inspectors. I was provide a comprehensive report including photos in less than a day. I also had the inspector run a radon test. After results came back very, very high he came by my home to setup a second test verifying the results driving quite a distance to do so. When I had questions post-inspection he was available to answer those responding quickly with a thorough response. There was one odd feature of my home that he wasn't familiar with and looked into this after the inspection to make sure it was valid again responding in short order. Overall you cannot go wrong using this company for your home inspection needs. I guarantee you'll feel like your home was reviewed in detail and have peace of mind it was looked over by a true professional. This company gets an A++ rating from me.
