I took my taxes to Adams because of my mother's estate. I should have thrown up a red flag when Holly said she needed to do some research on the subject. I had everything she requested to her by mid March. over the next 5 months I would repeatedly call to get an update. IF I got a live body(answering machine has not worked correctly since I got it the first time I called) I was repeatedly promised a call back with an update or tell me that they would be done the following week. never once did the call back come. when I went to pick up my paperwork, Holly with a shocked look on her face tells me (after 5 months) that she didn't have everything she needed to finish the taxes. Never one time was told this or was I contacted and told this. She has all of my contact Info. I've been lied to and they wasted 5 months. I think I have been more than lenient(probably too lenient) with Adams and Associates and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
