I had a severe cross bite that needed fixed. Dr. Tentindo was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was upfront about what to expect during and post surgery. He spent lots of time in the room and answering any and all questions. The billing department was easy to talk to and so was scheduling. I would highly recommend this team!

They only care about money, not you. Dr Morris gives off the self important & entitled vibe, and interrupts you while you're talking. I felt rushed at my appointment. My insurance covered 80% of my surgery, but they refused to do a payment plan with me even though my teeth are causing a lot of heath issues; sore throat, headache, tooth aches, nausea, etc. No one told me I had to pay the difference up front ahead of time despite me calling numerous times before my appointment date. I wasted a lot of time that morning, was very hungry, took wasted vacation time that week to have time to recover, and didn't even need to. So now when I have it done, I will be off work with no pay to recover. Not recommended to anyone. They wouldn't even call me in any antibiotics for my infection! I would have to go in and see him AGAIN even though he just saw me 2 weeks ago. They just want your money! They don't care about you! Go somewhere else, it's worth it.
