        Sam Burditt at Lexus Dealer Ship displayed wonderful customer service skills. Because of his excellent salesmanship, I bought a 2024 ES 300h Ultra Luxury Car from him. I would highly recommend him to work with.

        Driving down the highway and my tpms light came on, I pulled into the Lexus dealership service center, was greeted by Sang, he filled all 4 of my tires, told me where each of the pressures were at, and even identified a nail for me. This was no pressure 5 star service. And Id say the means a lot coming from a technician at another dealership. Thank you Sang. I wouldve bought a flat repair if I couldnt do it for free myself at work.

        If youre looking for an honest salesperson you can trust to buy a Lexus then contact Mike Roche at Spirit Lexus in St Louis. My daughter and I looked for a used car for over a year and walked out with 2 cars shortly after I met Mike. That was a year ago and both cars have been AMAZING! Thanks Mike.
