I called to schedule an appointment and after asking what the address is the receptionist answered its in your my mercy account. I would like to know who to complain about her too cuz she needs to be fired. What was wrong with her giving me the address after I politely asked for it?

My test results were available to me 3 days ago. I have called 3 days in a row to talk to my Dr and I have still yet to receive a call back. Dr Packer is my Dr. I am having my medical records transferred to another ENT. I am done begging for answers to my questions.

Went here for years and always loved everyone there! My only complaint is that I have called NINE times today to try and get ahold of someone and nobody will answer the phone. It's extremely frustrating trying to get in touch with one of your doctors and they don't pick up.
